SCUDOTENE BV ALU is a self-adhesive waterproofing membrane based on distilled bitumen modified with styrene butadiene styrene elastomers (SBS) and special tachifying polymers.

It has a reinforced glass veil and aluminum foil, suitable for use as a vapor barrier.
Membrane used when the use of flame is prohibited (wood base, foam insulation, etc.).

The membrane is coated on the top with a polypropylene film and on the bottom with a silicone-coated film divided into two parts to be removed during laying.

BENEFITS:

• Security in application. Membranes are applied without the use of flame, and special spots are treated with hot air or bituminous adhesive mastics.
• Speed and ease of application. After precisely aligning the sheets, simply remove the pre-cut silicone film to make the membrane adhere.
• Multifunctional use. They can be applied as an underlay directly on flame-sensitive insulation panels (expanded polystyrene, extruded polystyrene, etc.) or as a vapor barrier.
