SCUDOART ADHESIVE is a multilayer waterproofing membrane based on plastomer-modified distilled bitumen (APP) in the upper part while in the lower part with a self-adhesive compound.

The membrane has the upper finish self-protected by colored slate flakes, and the lower finish by a double silicone-coated film.
The product has a nonwoven polyester weave from stabilized composite continuous thread.

The laying surface must be smooth, clean and dry, treat with primer such as VERPRIM ADHESIVE if the substrate is latero-cement. Remove the silicone-coated film from the initial part of the sheet by about 60 cm.
Fold and bring the removed silicone film to the bottom of the sheet.
Apply the product to the prepared substrate.
Press with hands or roller to fully adhere the product to the substrate.
Rewind the roll up to the glued portion.
Proceed to remove the silicone film with the two coats and simultaneously.
During laying, check the alignment of the sheets.

MECHANICAL FIXATION:
The use of mechanical fasteners along the side joints of the membranes is recommended.
The number of fasteners depends on the roof slope, wind exposure and the size of the area to be covered.
In perimeter walls and vertical surfaces, fixing every 15-20 cm is recommended.
