TechnoNICOL has started construction of a second Rock Wool production line at the “Bazalit-DV” plant in Khabarovsk. The production capacity of the new line is 45,000 tons per year. The new line is scheduled to open in 2015.
The Corporation intends to continue working to increase production capacity and build new plants to produce bituminous membranes and other waterproofing products such as thermal insulation, synthetic membranes, and bituminous mastics.
The new plant will be located in one of the development areas in the Khabarovsk territory. The region is important because many high-tech companies will be developed soon. The presence of the production site will enable construction companies to use modern eco-friendly materials and increase the quality of construction.
Far East-a springboard for Russian exports to Asia-Pacific countries. These are the markets where our high-tech products can compete. By increasing production capacity at the “Bazalit-DV” plant, it will enable it to meet the growing demand from the domestic market and neighboring nations as well as increase the share for export.
